Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including community outreach and networking.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match them to appropriate job opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse candidates.

Job Title: Inventory Associate

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Associate to join our team in Hayward, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, organizing, and managing inventory levels to ensure accuracy and support daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate accountability of inventory and inventory transactions.

  • Ensure First In/First Out (FIFO) product rotation and replenish pick locations as needed.

  • Operate RF scanners and Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

Select Staffing in Hayward, CA is seeking a Service Advisor for bus transportation company located in Hayward, CA 

We are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the Service Technicians, while ensuring that customers are being provided with excellent customer service. This position leads a profitable and productive Service department through effective scheduling, inventory management, conducting quality assurance inspections, and creating memorable experiences for customers that results in lasting customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal person must be willing to wear multiple hats and have the ability to remain levelheaded while juggling a variety of tasks throughout their day, many of which are not planned. Success in this role comes from being compassionate, an excellent communicator, and an organized manager that knows how to make their customers and employees feel heard, valued, and respected.

The duties for this role are the following:

  • Greets customer and process check-in paperwork ensuring customer is always comfortable.
  • Communicates with the customer, in person or on the phone, on status of estimate, changes and up-selling. 
  • Opens, changes, and closes repair orders.
  • Administers and determine warranty claims. Advises customers.
  • Formalizes all estimates from the shop for presentation to the customer.
